Is it necessary to have an account for order placement?

No, you can order as a guest but having a Beefreepk.com’s account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information and ensuring faster checkouts.

 

How can I make an account?

To create your Online Account, follow these simple instructions:

Click on the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right-hand corner of the home page. Click on the ‘Create an Account button at the bottom of the screen and fill in all the necessary information. 

 

How can I get a new password? What if I forget my password?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in page. Enter your email address & Click on the link sent to you in your email address. Enter your new password!

 

How can I edit my shipping or billing address details?

Go to ‘My Account and click on ‘Edit’ at the address tab to enter your new address.

 

Shall I pay for registration? 

There are no charges for registration on Beefreepk.com.

 

ORDER

How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

To order as a guest:

  • Select items by clicking on the ‘ad to cart’ then ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to Checkout
  • Enter all your required shipping and billing information
  • Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary

To order with a Beefreepk.com account:

  • Select items by clicking on the ‘ad to cart’ then ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to Checkout
  • Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method
  • Click on ‘Complete Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary

 

What if I don’t get a Sales Order Summary?

A Sales Order Summary is essentially a soft receipt that should be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service to confirm your order.

 

How can I track my order? 

The ‘track your order’ section on the homepage will give you details pertaining to your order. Just enter the tracking ID provided to you via email after dispatch & know the status of the specific order.

 

Do we take orders over a phone call or through messengers?

Yes, you can easily place your order manually by providing your details and choice. 

 

PAYMENTS

What payment options do I have?

Cash on Delivery (available nationwide).

Online payment (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit).

 

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?

Payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform and kept confidential with only authorized personnel having access to your information.

 

What are the conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD)? 

To avail of COD, please follow these instructions.

  1. At checkout, select ‘Cash on Delivery.
  2. Upon the courier’s arrival, pay only the amount which appeared at the time of checkout.

 

Can I pay COD with a cheque?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we only accept cash for COD orders.

 

DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

We deliver within 3-5 working days making the fastest delivery possible but delivery time can exceed on events, sale, or in case of unfavorable circumstances.

 

What are the delivery charges? 

We make trial for delivery charges not to exceed Rs. 200/- but the costs are based on the weight of the order and are estimated while selecting the items.

 

EXCHANGES

Can I Exchange my Order?

Yes, you can always exchange your order, within 7 days after delivery, with the original invoice and if the article is not being used. Sale articles are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

 

Are there any additional charges on exchange? 

We will not charge for any exchange orders.

 

How long will the exchange process take?
