Though we strive to provide a great customer experience each time you shop with us, Still, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, No Worries! you can buy any product in exchange for your previous order. All orders placed here are dispatched through our own courier service or other authentic courier partners. Well, we advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or its seal is opened.
Received Damaged, Defective or Incomplete/Incorrect Order?
Contact us directly at Email & Phone # and Follow three easy steps within 7 working days from delivery date
- Share some pictures of the product you received & request to file a claim while mentioning the valid reason in a query, to the Customer Care division of Beefreepk.com via WhatsApp/E-mail/insta/messenger.
- Print out your shipping label sent to you, Affix the label to package & deliver at the mentioned location.
- Once we receive it, we’ll issue the exchange or refund.
Exchange Policy
- Make sure the item is in its original condition. Be sure to include any packaging, warranty cards, and accessories.
- Quality is our priority. However, there can be color shade variation to a certain extent while making a purchase due to the device used to make the purchase and the difference in viewing light.
- Make sure that you send in the request within 7 working days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 7 working days.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged with any other product.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Tags and labels especially need to be intact.
- There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of the same or higher value.
Return & Refund
- Any and all claims for the above must be sent within the first seven days of receiving the order, after which it will be reviewed by Beefreepk.com for eligibility and processing.
- All requests need to be addressed while mentioning the order ID. We will get back to you within 48 hours of the request being sent.
- Any request will not be accepted for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way.
- The shipping cost will not be refunded. There’s only one exception to this rule: in case you are sending back a damaged/incorrect item, the amount of the Shipping Costs will be refunded to you.
- A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s).
